Sometimes you don’t feel good. The goals don’t come. sometimes you miss the goal, but you never give up because you don’t feel good. You must believe in yourself. Than you’re going to be good, then you’re going to be the best, and nobody can stop you.

Training Schedule (June 2010)

Please note that attendance is compulsory and any absence from training must be supported with valid documentary proof as per school rule. The absentee is responsible for submitting all such document/s to the teacher-in-charge on the next school day when he returns. Absence without valid proof is considered truancy and disciplinary actions will be taken against the offender.

Sports Education

These lesson slides are meant to provide some knowledge about sports training. They are not comprehensive, so do more research on the topics if you are really interested. Hope this will translate to better understanding of training principles and better effort during trainings.
