All preparatory work such as changing into proper attire and arranging of boards must be done before the stipulated time.

Please note that attendance is compulsory and any absence from training must be supported with valid documentary proof as per school rule. The absentee is responsible for submitting all such document/s to the teacher-in-charge on the next school day when he returns. Absence without valid proof is considered truancy and disciplinary actions will be taken against the offender.

I am to be informed of any absence from trainings in advance personally, or via SMS.

Do observe all rules and regulations with regards to the use of the indoor sports hall. Violators will be punished.
