RI vs CHS

After the disappointing loss on Monday, the team was determined to make up for it today. Having played Raffles Institution in a friendly before, the boys knew what to expect, and nothing but a good performance will do if they were to get something from this game. Raffles Institution on the other hand, have already qualified for the semi-finals and will be looking to secure first place in the group. They will not be expected to take this game easily however, and will be likely to go all out for the win.

However, it was not to be as the team put in a terrible defence for the game.

Both sides traded shot for shot, but Eugene was more than equal to the task as he kept them out of our goal.

CHS vs CBS

We were to face Canberra Secondary School for our final Group E match today. A win would be sufficient to see us through to the next round. Any other result would mean the end of the season for this year. We arrived early to the venue and being the first game of the day, we had the luxury of using the court for our warm up. Before long, it was time for the face off and the instructions given by the coach was to play our normal game and score as many goals as possible.
